Epione BioInvestments LP

Epione BioInvestments Limited Partnerships were established as syndicates of private investors having an investment interest in Life Science companies. Each Partnership is composed of 19 Limited Partners and is managed by Coronis Greenberg Ltd., which serve as the General Partner.  To date five limited partnerships were established: Epione I, Iaso I, Epione II, Epione III, Epione IV, which comprise collectively close to 100 investors.
Each partnership was set with the intention to invest in multiple opportunities. Within this context, each limited partner owns the decision to invest in each opportunity presented to him, and is free to sale his holdings whenever the portfolio company becomes public.
To date Epione BioInvestments partnerships have invested close to $11,000,000 in six portfolio companies: Rosetta Genomics Ltd., Evogene Ltd., Sepal Pharma plc., Salio Inc., Modigene Inc. and Glycominds Ltd.
