Strategy

Our Investment Strategy is based on the following principles:

1. High return on Investments – We look to invest in companies that are likely to grow in size to the range of $100-200M within 4-5 years from investment.
2. Sustained Growth - We prioritize investments in growing companies that perceive a major financial event (such as public offering) within 2-3 years from our investment.
3. ‘Hands on’ Management – We always require a board seat to oversee the company’s growth and actively contribute to its development.
4. Diversification – We avoid repeated investments in companies in the same field or sector.
